Yes. Our collagen is hydrolyzed allowing it to dissolve in both hot and cold water.

What is the daily recommended serving of collagen?

How can I take collagen?

How do I store my collagen?

We recommend keeping K&R Pure Marine Collagen in a room-temperature area; it does not need to be refrigerated.
